Workplace Strategist, £45-60k London (hybrid)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of workplace experiences and driving decisions that impact how employees work? Do you have a design background and love workplace strategy to create the office of the future?

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, analyse workplace data, and develop innovative solutions that optimize space utilization, improve employee satisfaction, and provide an office everyone is proud of. These offices are medium-large, multiple floors. and truly make a huge difference to a company. You would be at the heart of it.

You would consult with clients, partake workshops and identify requirements – and put into mood boards/presentations to deliver what their offices should be like based on your research and feedback. The growth in this role is for you to be able to manage the full strategic process from new clients through to successful delivery.

You would be joining an experienced workplace strategy team within a larger company of architects, designers, strategists change managers and alike, and have a fantastic work culture, growth potential and offering for you to shape your career.
