The position is instrumental in maturing the Social Media service line within Tag through the acquisition, retention and growth of top talent and client relationships, as well as strategic partnerships that complement our core social media offering.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Social Media experience:
• Minimum 10+ years in social media across B2B and/or B2C companies.
• Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related field (a combination of education and experience can be substituted).
• Extensive hands-on experience in social media strategy, community management, analytics, reporting, and optimization.
• Experience executing successfully social media and content marketing plans.
• Proficient in social measurement tools (ex. Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sysomos, etc.) and paid social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Analytics/AdWords, and more.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media and CRM platforms and best practices – with a passion for staying current on social and content trends.
• Service line leadership:
• Strong leader, great people skills. Champions company culture.
• Proven experience analyzing and reporting on department/company metrics.
• Proven experience implementing solutions that deliver services with high-quality standards in a profitable and sustainable manner.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

JOB DUTIES

• Social Media COE leadership:
• Drive the strategic implementation and maturity of Tag’s Social Media COE to successfully deliver services across the United States, Canada, and LATAM.
• Lead management, development, and growth of Tag’s Social Media COE, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of social media strategies, innovations, and best practices to help our clients remain ahead of the curve
• Proactively seek, identify, and execute strategic partnerships with third-party suppliers to expand and evolve Tag’s offering, maximizing revenue and profit.
• Assign tasks and traffic projects within the team based on skill set and availability, setting clear priorities to the team.
• Oversee and mentor a group of Social Media strategist, community managers, and analyst to ensures the successful delivery of Social Media services.
• Measure and report on team operations and financial performance.
• Motivate and challenge the team to think critically and to deliver industry-leading ideas and services for every customer.
• • Growth:
• Partner with Account Direction and Business Development to drive the business’ response to growth opportunities with existing and prospecting clients through RFI’s, RFPs, and organic conversations.
• Sit within Tag’s internal Solutions Hub as the Social Media subject matter expert, delivering proactive and reactive resources, education and guidance, and innovative strategic recommendations for Social Media.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer and vendor partnerships.
• • Operations:
• Demonstrate superior knowledge of social media innovations, technology/digital trends and customers’ target consumer.
• Proactively looks for opportunities for the team to improve, optimize and evolve its processes as the company and industry continues to shift.
• Partners with operations for process development and documentation.
• Ensures processes are followed consistently across clients and sectors.
• Partners with other COEs (most commonly, with Creative Studio, Shoot Production, and Digital Strategy) to ease internal collaboration.
