Job Description

• Ensuring exceptional standards and top services are delivered consistently across all Centres – setting and maintaining standards whilst continually looking how to improve them.
• Coaching and engaging all Centre Managers and their support staff with regular meetings and touch points, whilst leading and inspiring the teams to deliver a great service to clients, enhancing the culture of team spirit.
• Undertaking regular building checks to ensure that the centres are operating efficiently and carrying out detailed walk-arounds with Centre Managers to identify areas of improvement.
• Maintaining and updating all Health and Safety regulations and policies to ensure proper legal compliance of all operational buildings and records are maintained.
• Knowledgeable in basic HR and employee relations processes, overseeing aspects of this in relation to the operational teams by ensuring team are aware of company HR policies (with support of external advisors) ensuring this also runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
• Keeping a handle on P&L expenditure across all assets, and addressing inconsistencies.
• Taking ownership of the reactive Quick Response team in the event of emergencies (building, client issues, staff concerns) with a pro-active approach, applying urgency, empathy, professionalism and decisiveness, whilst using clear and effective communication.
• Resource management across all assets.
• Working closely with the Sales and Finance departments, to pursue a more enhanced working relationship with Operations – regular meetings and points of communication.
• To ensure the business is constantly striving to be well-coordinated and productive, managing the operational procedures to be concise, practical and in-line with company values.
