Are you eager to land a brand new role for the New Year? Our client in North London are looking for an experienced Property Management Executive to join their team and play a crucial role in their housing operations.

Position: Property Management Executive
Location: North London
Hourly Rate: £25 p/h (Umbrella)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4-5 months (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a patch of 200 units that will be sold in the coming months.
• Responsible for delivering an excellent service to our customers across your patch using authority, skill and support to creatively address the needs of your customers.
• Carrying our property and estate inspections.
• Managing tenancy issues.
• Arrears management, income collection and reporting.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Property Management role for a housing association or similar organisation.
• Experience of managing a varied portfolio of developments, from new builds through to older units.
• Demonstrable experience of Private Sector property management.
• Good understanding of the relevant legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements related to the private rented sector
