Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PFI We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of PFI expiry and handback activities, ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient transition of PFI projects. This position will have responsibility for lifecycle works, asset condition, remedial works, compliance and transition planning through to successful handback.
Rydon Maintenance Ltd provides hard facilities management services in partnership with a range of NHS Trusts. We provide reactive and planned maintenance to a number of NHS buildings and we work to strict timescales and safety requirements to ensure the comfort and safety of service users using these NHS facilities. With offices in the South East, to Bristol in the South West our experience has taken us across a variety of sensitive healthcare environments.
Job Purpose
We re looking for a highly organised Project Manager to join our team to manage projects, remedial works, defect rectification works associated with PFI contract expiry and handback. You will be providing dedicated support across our NHS PFI and LIFT contracts.
You will be overseeing the overall management and performance of identified hand back programmes of work from survey’s, including feasibility reports, planning, design, construction, programme and commercial controls, ensuring each project is delivered to time, budget and specification.
You ll work closely with operational and technical teams, Trusts, Project Co representatives, consultants and supply chain partners, ensuring that issues are properly understood, actions are tracked and project works are delivered.
