Job Description

Joining us will be very challenging and rewarding. This role can be best described as a veryactive board member / shadow co-founder role. You will be responsible for building and managing 3-6portfoliocompanies simultaneously:

• Manage/supervise the entirelifecycle of a company from idea to billion dollar exit over a period of 5-10 years.
• Work hand-in-hand with the company founders on solving the day-to-day challenges of building a successful company.
• Work on the ideation of start-up ideas, help build internal conviction and create fund-raising materials.
• Help recruiting co-founder teams and early executives.
• Participate in the launch of new ventures and gain experience getting companies off the ground.

Qualifications

• You have a very entrepreneurial mind-set and hands-on attitude.
• You have either been an investment professional with significant experience as board member in your portfolio companies or you have previously been a founder of a successful company ( raised and/or successful exit).
• You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements.
• You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data.
• You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner.
• You are team oriented and ambitious.
