We are a trusted property maintenance contractor serving prime central London, known for delivering top-quality service across a range of property needs. We re seeking a skilled Multi-Trader with a focus on painting, plumbing, and tiling to join our team on a self-employed basis. This full-time role is ideal for a versatile professional excited to work in Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea as well as other areas close by.

About the Role

In this role, you ll take on a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks according to your expertise, including but not limited to:

• Painting and Decorating
• Bathroom & Kitchen Installations
• Sash Window Repairs and Balancing
• General Carpentry and Joinery
• Basic Plumbing & Electrical Repairs
• Flooring and Glazing
• Door & Fire Door Installations
• Fence & Gutter Repairs and Installations

While a broad skill set is valuable, we don t expect you to cover everything your core skills and specialties will be matched with assignments that suit you best.

What You ll Bring:

• Core Skills: Proficiency in painting, tiling, carpentry, and plastering, with a foundational knowledge of plumbing (changing taps/toilets) and electrical work (changing sockets/switches).
• Professionalism: A neat, methodical approach and pride in your work.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Initiative to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Communication: Clear, respectful communication with both clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Self-Employed with own vehicle and tools.
• Reliability, punctuality, and high standards.
• Public liability insurance
