Maintenance 24-7 Ltd is a well-established and rapidly growing maintenance company, working with some of the UK s most recognisable hospitality and commercial brands. We provide reactive maintenance, quoted works, and project delivery across London and the South East.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our expanding team.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you ll carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance duties across commercial properties including restaurants, pubs, retail outlets, and storage centres. No two days will be the same, and you ll have the opportunity to apply and commercial property your skills across multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plumbing: Bathroom installs, tap changes, waste pipe repairs, basin/toilet replacements.
• Carpentry: Lock and door closer repairs, kitchen unit repairs, general joinery.
• Groundworks: Fence installations/repairs, flooring repairs.
• Decorating: Minor decorating, patchwork, filling.
• Roofing: Clearing gutters/gulleys, temporary coverings, replacing tiles/slates.
• Flooring: Timber repairs, patch tiling.
• Procurement of materials and equipment.
• Accurate completion of job reports/worksheets.
• Delivering high-quality service and excellent customer care at all times.

About you

We re looking for someone who is hardworking, flexible, and takes pride in their work.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong multi-trade maintenance experience in commercial environments (ideally pubs/restaurants).
• Good understanding of HSE practices.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to use handheld technology for job logging and reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desirable:

• Trade qualifications (Carpentry/Plumbing/Fabric/Other).
