Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Hounslow, West London close to Brentford and Twickenham

Job Type: Permanent/Contract
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum (LTD and CIS also available)

A Mechanical Supervisor is required to join a large-scale mixed-use development in Hounslow, involving the mechanical installation across 540 Apartments. The project includes commercial space and high-end residential apartments, requiring someone with high standards of quality and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical operatives and ensure efficient progress across multiple cores

• Coordinate with electrical, sprinkler, and main contractor teams

• Manage daily H&S documentation, toolbox talks, and site inductions

• Oversee installation of heating, chilled water, and boosted cold water systems

• Ensure quality control and assist with commissioning preparation

Requirements:

• Background in mechanical supervision within mixed-use or high-rise projects

• Experience delivering multi-plot projects to tight deadlines

• SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS essential

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Mechanical Qualifications are essential.
