Salter Grange is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join a Leading Engineering Contractor on a large a 95M Commercial Development in Central London.

We are open to candidates’ backgrounds but ideally, you will be exposed to large fast track construction projects such as industrial, Aviation, Healthcare, Pharma or Commercial Experience.

With the order book full until 2027, there is excellent scope for a credible Mechanical Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.

Mechanical Construction Manager Key Requirements:

• 3 – 5 Years of Mechanical Construction Management experience ideally on Commercial, Industrial or mixed-use development
• A trade and/or relevant third-level qualification
• Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects
• Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
• Experienced in design and build
• Good technical knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Excellent IT skills
