Lettings Lister – Negotiator – Hackney E9An great opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Lister – Negotiator to join our Independent client based in Hackney E9Property Listing & Lettings experience is key to hit the ground running, although, determination and energy are what this forward thinking company is looking for. As a Listing – Letting Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and Landlords across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating /carrying out, Market appraisals viewings to Canvassing, Negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
• Coordinating Lettings Market appraisals and listings
• Effectively marketing properties to attract potential tenants
• Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact with tenants and landlords and other relevant parties
• Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting process
• Guiding landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Obtain a full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle permit will be provided

This Lettings Lister – Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.
