Landscape Construction Manager (10 years of experiences on landscaping minimum)

Responsibilities:

Oversee construction projects from start to completion
Coordinate logistics with vendors and other cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and maintain quality standards
Track and report project status daily & weekly
Analyse and mitigate construction risks.
Accountable for building and safety regulations at the highest standard
Monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
Coordinate with team and project manager
Coordinate with designer and project manager and make sure the design is all buildable in a high quality finishes.
Review the construction drawings and Any problems will be addressed and resolve in advance time before on site.
