Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing high-end residential projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to monitor project performance and address any issues or delays.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Support in the procurement process by sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Prior experience or internship in project management, construction, or real estate development is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software is advantageous.
