Location: Borehamwood (WD6) Work across London & Hertfordshire
Salary: £42,000 £52,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + EICR Bonus Scheme
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (PAYE preferred CIS considered)

We re looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician with EICR experience to join PropertyRun (Contracts) Ltd for remedial works, electrical testing, and ongoing maintenance across London & Hertfordshire.

• £42,000 £52,000 basic salary depending on experience

What We re Looking For

• 18th Edition Electrician

• Basic EICR knowledge (full training available)

• Experience in remedial works & maintenance

• Domestic & commercial experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Reliable, independent worker with strong communication skills
