Description

• Managing carrier relationships (e.g. Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD, DHL)
• Monitoring Customs clearance and duties processes
• Reporting on carrier performance
• Liaising with internal teams such as customer experience, warehouse and sales

Profile

• Previous carrier management experience
• Knowledge of customs and duties processes
• Experience in E-commerce Logistics
• Experience in final mile/parcel delivery
• Advanced Excel skills
• Customer service skills
• Analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

• £40,000-£50,000 DOE
• Hybrid working (2-3 days from home p/w)
• 25 days holiday
