Tradewind are currently working with an independent academy in Kensington & Chelsea recruiting a Behaviour Mentor & Learning Support Assistant. The academy is an alternative provision that provides education for vulnerable and challenging young people. The overall aim is to achieve reintegration back into a mainstream school, further education or employment.

Requirements:
Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine passion for working with children.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
