Anderselite are working with an established AJ100 architectural practice with studios in London and Cardiff, who are seeking to appoint a talented Architectural Technologist / Technician to support the delivery of major residential and mixed-use projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a design-led practice with a strong reputation for quality and staff development.
The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, producing high-quality technical drawings and coordinating documentation for large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes. You will work closely with Architects and Designers, using your technical knowledge to bring projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities – Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages. – Work within project teams to support delivery across all RIBA stages. – Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards. – Produce and manage models and drawings in Revit (AutoCAD knowledge also useful). – Contribute to the resolution of technical and design challenges. – Collaborate effectively with colleagues, consultants, and contractors. – Manage workload efficiently, delivering work to deadlines and to the highest quality.
Candidate Requirements – Minimum 2-3 years’ UK-based architectural experience. – Qualified Architectural Technician / Technologist. – Proficiency in Revit is essential AutoCAD skills advantageous. – Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing. – Experience in residential or mixed-use projects highly desirable. – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. – Flexible, proactive, and committed approach to teamwork. – Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
