Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
This is a brand-new opportunity for an experienced Construction Administrator who is proactive, process-driven, and ready to take ownership of internal systems.
You’ll work closely with commercial, project and site teams, providing administrative support while also developing systems for managing key documentation including Risk Assessments, RAMS, and Certifications.
This isn’t a rigid job – it’s an opportunity to help build your own role, improve operational flow, and develop professionally within a dynamic construction business delivering high-spec projects across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Implementation: Work with directors and project teams to establish and improve admin systems, including templates, checklists and document logs.
• Document Control: Maintain up-to-date records of site documentation such as RAMS, insurances, health & safety certificates, and project folders.
• Subcontractor Compliance: Track and record documentation for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance prior to works starting on site.
• Project Support: Assist with compiling site packs, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining key commercial documentation logs.
• Excel & Data Management: Use Excel (and other software) to maintain trackers, schedules, and digital filing systems.
• Collaboration: Liaise with project managers, site teams, and the commercial department to ensure streamlined communication and administration.

• Admin experience in a construction environment (essential).
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (other project/finance admin tools welcome).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Eager to learn and open to professional development.
